A Message from the Principal

St. Michael’s Primary School is a rural school that provides academic and spiritual growth for the children of Coolamon and surrounding districts. As a school, we share a variety of new and wonderful experiences to develop the guiding principles of what we want to become. That is: spiritual, inquiring, reflective, collaborative, knowledgeable, caring and healthy global citizens.
 
Children have the opportunity to participate in many learning experiences, as well as being exposed to assessment at State or wider levels. These opportunities include the University of NSW Exams, Basic Skills Tests and Essay writing competitions. In the sporting arena, the children are exposed to a wide variety of disciplines throughout the year, with opportunities to represent at Deanery, Diocesan, MacKillop and State levels.
